Kapp Brown (Owner)

Kapp is constantly learning and educating himself on the most effective technologies for cleaning. He loves learning how to better serve his customers and receives great joy from doing so. “I love what I do, and giving my customers clean healthy spaces.” He was born in El-Paso TX, and therefore, is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Having a dad in the military, he traveled around a lot and still continues to enjoy traveling now. He loves any kind of boating, especially sailing, and also enjoys hiking, and spending quality time with his kids and six grandchildren.

Linda Brown (Accounting)

Linda, a proud Lancaster County farm girl, had to travel all the way to California to meet Kapp. She loves working side-by-side with him—a dynamic they’ve shared since the start of their relationship—and is thankful to be a part of their business together. Serving customers and helping restore healthy spaces in homes and workplaces brings her joy. Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her close-knit family, especially her granddaughters, who “help” her in the office. She also enjoys reading, crafting, and any chance to travel.

Danielle Ginder (Operations)

Dani is the daughter of Kapp & Linda and is our Director of Operations.  She currently lives in Manheim with her Husband, Jeremy and her two daughters and one son.  Dani is enjoying the opportunity to work alongside us and utilize the gifts that God gave her in administration.   In her spare time (which isn’t very often with  toddlers), Dani loves drinking a good cup of coffee with friends, scrapbooking, and thrift store shopping.

Lauren Fisher (Social Media / Marketing)

Lauren, a lifelong Akron resident in Lancaster County, lives with her husband Jesse, Pitbull Maddie, and two Ball Pythons, Emily and Sire.  She had a long-standing relationship with Newly Restored before joining the team, drawn by the company’s culture and her passion for customer service. As a skilled photographer, videographer, and marketing professional, Lauren is excited to manage content and social media for Newly Restored. In her free time, she enjoys playing piano and guitar, spending time outdoors, and traveling.

Andrew "Drew" Garber (Technician)

Drew is a lifelong Lancastrian!  He currently lives in Landisville.  He was drawn to Newly Restored because they were family run, and provide a variety of work options!  Always with a smile on his face he really loves helping people by providing a service he is proud of!  In his spare time he loves to spend time with his family and friends.  He loves mountain biking, longboarding, and is quite active as a leader in his church’s youth group!

Ethan Dean (Service Manager)

Ethan is from Mon Vernon, NH, and enjoys working at Newly Restored for the chance to work outside with his hands in a small, close-knit company. He loves the satisfaction of transforming spaces and making customers happy. In his free time, he’s a fan of Boston sports, enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, and playing with his dog and cat. He cherishes time with his wife, Laikyn, and comes from a family of seven siblings. A huge fan of The Office, he’s watched it in its entirety 19 times (yes, he still laughs at the same jokes)! Ethan brings energy and dedication to both his work and personal life.

Our Story

In 2014, Kapp and Linda Brown took a big step to follow their dream. They entered in to the world of entrepreneurship. Kapp’s desire to serve others and continue learning and growing led him to partner with The Master’s Touch (Glendale Arizona). TMT is one of the largest non-franchise training companies in the world. They have personally set up over 1500 people in business for themselves all over the world. In 2016, in addition to cleaning both soft surfaces (carpet, upholstery), and hard surfaces (tile, stone, concrete, etc …) they were trained and certified as installers with Ultra Durable Technologies to apply high strength coatings to tile and VCT to provide a level of protection. That continual desire to learn and grow launched them into the world of decorative concrete where they are certified installers with Elite Crete, As new technologies emerge, Kapp and Linda are anxious to be on the front line – bringing the very best to the customers they serve!

In 2018, brought their son-in-law Jeremy into the business full time. Jeremy’s dedication to hard work, and excellent insights made him invaluable to the makeup of our team.

2020 was a year of change for us.  Jeremy and his wife Danielle (our daughter) had their first child.  This facilitated the need for a job change for Jeremy and Dani.   Jeremy took another position with a Landscaping company, while Dani came to work for us.  Additionally, we added Austin and Alan to our part-time team with the increase in the disinfecting side of the company.

We continued to grow, and in 2022 we added Jordan to our team.  Additionally we have had several technicians come and go through our ranks, and added a couple sales reps to help with capacity.

In 2023, Jordan was promoted to Lead technician and was primarily be in the production side of the business, and helping with onboarding new technicians.  To help him out, we hired Gavin as our second technician.  Kapp will continue to oversee sales and operations, and have added some new part-time helpers to support evening and weekend work.

In 2024, we hired Ethan as our first Service manager to oversee the technicians, and maintain our growing fleet of trucks.  Gavin cycled off, Jordan went on active duty with the Marines, and Andrew was hired.

In 2025, Danielle had her 3rd child – a boy!  We also hired Lauren to help in the office, and oversee the marketing and social media aspect of the business.

We are thrilled with the caliber of workers we have the privilege of working along side of.
