The Service Technician should contribute to a positive and respectful relationship with the customer, with their crew, and with the management team.
The Service Technician will be trained in the cleaning processes for all of our services. You will report directly to the Lead Technician for all concerns, questions, issues, and customer requests. You will need to have a working knowledge of the standard operating procedures of all aspects of our residential and commercial cleaning services as well as provide precise and consistent results.
Due to the nature of our work, Newly Restored’s schedule is not the typical 9-5. Most of our work is completed during the normal work week; however, there is some evening and weekend work.
The physical demands of this job require long periods of time on your feet and the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds. This job requires working indoors as well as outdoors (in all types of weather conditions)
